They take care of their customers.
I had a starter replaced in early June. It turns out it was a faulty part. I started having intermittent issues but I couldn't replicate the problem when I took it back. They tested it, determined that it was faulty, ordered a new, better starter and installed it for free. I know that sounds like something that a mechanic should do but it's rare to get that kind of service without and argument in today's world. Besides that, they checked and topped off all my fluids, checked and filled my tires, and several other "service station" type services. They are friendly, respectful and thorough. The work order said, "check starter at least 30x before giving back to customer." That's service! I highly recommend David's. They are great! Side note, as I was walking in the door to pick up my car I heard a customer at the counter say, "I love you guys, you're great!" I agree!!
