I gave a 5 star because I really like Kevin and I know how this rating can effect some businesses. I was NOT happy when I got a call from the service writer wanting payment right away, I live in Coos Bay and said that I would be paying when I came back to town later that week. "Can you pay any sooner, my boss is on me." This was 5-6 days after the repair was done. When I called back "oh hey, I havn't heard from you in awhile." What, I kinda jokingly asked if Kevin was really hurting for money or what? I was a little taken back as if I was going to leave my van there and not pay. Just a uncomfortable situation that did not need to happen. I paid over the phone the next day when I got my credit card.
