We would like to directly address the insinuation of hidden fees, as we pride ourselves on absolute pricing transparency to ensure our customers can make fully informed decisions for their vehicles. We understand that a final bill higher than a standard oil change can be unexpected. However, you requested additional diagnostics and repairs for your air suspension and an inoperative rear washer line (which required reconnecting the hose and fluid to your rear window). Our standard labor rate is $129.99 per hour. For the oil change and the additional repair requests combined, you were billed for exactly one hour of labor along with the regular oil change parts, fluids, and hazardous waste on a Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. Given the scope of the work performed on top of the oil change, this total was actually discounted, as these services normally exceed a single hour of labor. While this service occurred on July 16, 2026, our shop manager and technician recall the service based on the notes in our system, but do not recall any questions being raised about the invoice at the time of pickup. We are always completely willing to review line items and explain charges before payment is processed, and after if needed.

Asked for them to look at why my back wiper wasn’t putting out fluid. Was not told there would be additional fees. Got there to pick up vehicle and they charged me 150$ labor to reconnect the hose that pushes fluid to the back window and clear a code for my magniride.
