Preliminary review - not such a good start
I called a week ago to schedule repair work on my son's car. I was told the diagnosis would take a day but that they were booked for the week, so I made an appointment to drop the car a week later. When I got the car there today I was told it could take a week before they could look at it. So much for scheduling ahead. I'm hoping this isn't a case of them figuring that since the car was towed in they could take as long as they like. I would hate to have the car picked up and taken somewhere else before they had a chance to look at it. I will update this review if/when the work is done.
