My Subaru Crosstrek went in for repairs from being rear-ended as well as a dent on side door. . The' Staff, customer service, , expertise workmanship, communication and overall experience was excellent. II received frequent updates and it was completed when promised. My car looks great and they made me feel like a valued customer., I highly recommend them.
Dabler Auto Body is absolutely the best auto body repair shop in Salem. The guys in the shop are real craftsmen. I am always amazed at the quality of their work - their ability to color match is amazing! The front office at Dabler is also first rate! Their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them!

I had a small dent and scuffed bumper, and Dabler was very informative on what to expect in the process from start to finish. Explained how the insurance process would work with resubmitting for additional needs, the timeframe, and what work would be done on my Subaru. They kept in touch throughout the process, and completed the work in far less time than expected due to my insurance company being faster to respond than they even anticipated. I can't tell anything ever happened to my car, their work was flawless, which is the best part!
Absolutely wonderful and amazing. They even vacuumed out my disgusting car for me (those poor humans). Will definitely be returning.

OVERCHARGE
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY TAKE TOO LONG AND OVER CHARGE, I GOT MY CAR BACK AFTER 2 MONTHS FOR A SMALL FENDER DENT REPAIRED AND COME TO FIND OUT MY CAR HAVE A BIG SCRATCH ON MY SIDE MIRROR AND DOOR AND THEY SAID IT WAS THERE WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT THE CAR WHEN IT WASNT AND IT WAS CLEAR THAT THE SCRATCH WASNT THERE AFTER CHECKING THE THE VIDEOS AND PHOTOS, AND RIGHT WHEN THEY KNOW THAT IS THEME THAT CAUSE THE SCRATCHES THEY WANT ME OUT OF THE BUILDING AND DONT WANNA TAKE RESPONSIBLE, SOMEBODY NEED TO SUE THIS PLACE, BIG SHOP LIKE THIS IF FULL OF BS THEY ONLY THINK ABOUT NUMBERS AND CARELESS WITH YOUR CAR BEING SCRATCH.
