I can't say enough good things about Da Val’s Automotive Shop! Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Jim has helped me twice now, and both experiences have been incredible. He took the time to go through everything I needed to know about my Intoxalock installation, including the important dos and don’ts.
What really stood out to me was his patience. I struggled a bit with the blowing technique, and after several wrong attempts, Jim calmly walked me through it until I got it right. He relieved so much of my anxiety and gave me the confidence I needed to handle the Intoxalock in my car.
I returned for a calibration, and Jim provided the same level of patience and understanding. That man is truly a Godsend! I would take my car back to Da Val’s 100 times over—and in the next life too! Highly recommend!
