Making lemonade out lemons
What started out as a request to put air into my tires at no cost because of the tire symbol coming up on the dashboard all of my tires were checked and AOK. The next day I had a flat. Again I returned to Dice and Lytel where they took off the tire and put on my spare they said they would check the flat tire to see if anything could be found. I ordered a new tire at a good price and it came in within 3 days. After cecking the 3 other tires on my car, 2 of them had the same problem. When putting on the new tire ion, it was obviousvthat the difference between the 3 worn tires on my car and the new tire it would not be long before the tires would not bev be in good shape quickly. There was no mention of me probably needing new tires soon but I asked and it was my decision for my safety to get 3 more new tires. I would not have even considered that but because of the quality of care they gave to me and the amount of time it took to solve all the problems I asked for them to order 3 more tires. What a joy to work with a local business who was concerned about the safety of the driver. It was a positive experience in many waysb
