Horrible customer service from Brenda
So on 5/10/2023 the tow truck driver from this location was speeding irrationally down southern blvd at a rate of 80mph he switched lanes without signal and cut me off he had lots of debris falling off the back of his truck rocks and sand etc. I recorded him speeding and reported him to his manager but as I was doing so he started to chase me down southern with his looked to be 4 yr old son in the front seat of the tow truck until I pulled into the gun club jail and so did he following me until we spoke to a sheriff who did nothing.. on going to Brenda the manager I waited 3 days for her to take action on the driver and to get a word on the damages on my vehicle but no word then come to find out she blocked my number and won’t honor her word please people stay away from this business as they are very shady very unprofessional do not recommend at all!!!
