Second, our experience this week was not what we have come to expect. Specifically, we brought in our 2 vehicles this week to be serviced. Your front office was not good on communicating with us to coordinate switching out our cars. (Not a big deal, but it was sloppy).
My truck had previously been recommended for a differential oil change, so I requested this service when I dropped off the truck over the noon hour. I was told it would be done. It wasn’t. And, the new service report says that my differential oil was fine. So, I don’t know if your prior recommendation was wrong, or if no one really checked it this time.
All in all, it was a subpar experience.
