Smog check
I made an appointment for a smog check at Cypress Auto Repair. I only had to wait for 15 mts. Briaan and staff are always friendly and welcoming.
We had been taking our cars there for about 23 years. We are very happy with their professional service. Highly recommend it.

Thomas said they handled the repair quickly and the work was well priced at the beginning and the end. He took part in their complimentary shuttle service which really helped him out and they didn't charge him to look at an issue he had with his vehicle, which was very convenient, as well. It was a great help to diagnose his vehicle.

Regular Servicing of my Auto
I took my car in for servicing and told them I would wait. After an hour and half I wasn’t called so went into office and my car hadn’t been started as it had been overlooked. This had never happened before so waited while they did it right away. For the mistake I was given a discount on my bill which I felt was very considerate and appreciated. This place has always done a great job for me and I do realize mistakes do happen. I definitely would go here again and recommend to people and actually have done in the past.

Most Honest Auto Repair Shop
For 30 years I've been using Cypress Auto Repair for minor services as well as major mechanical and electrical problems, like replacing the fuel pump in my Chevy Suburban which is located inside the gas tank. Sounds like a design flaw from GM.
New transmission, no problem. New engine block and peripherals, no problem. New tires, no problem. There's nothing that I can think of where the work was unsatisfactory or unaffordable.....Brian always tries to find ways where I could save some money while not sacrificing quality work and all that in a timely fashion.
It's not easy finding a reputable auto shop with great service and fair prices but this place is a winner in my book!

Responsible ownership of the work
Had to take my car back to the shop after noticing fluid on my garage floor. Shop had recently replaced the rack and pinion.
Shop assessed the situation. Fluid originating from a hose associated with the noted replacement job.
Shop handled the situation in the appropriate manner.
