They “fixed” (NOT) the same issue twice. Both times they admitted they messed up but that didn’t stop them from giving me half assed work. I’ve been stranded on the side of the highway twice in two months due to their carelessness. At this point I don’t think I ever needed the initial “repair” because my car was running perfectly before they touched it. Do not give this business your money, they will let you get stranded and charge you for it.
Matt said they were fast, they had good communication, and they sent him a text when his vehicle was ready. They were polite, he didn't have to wait, they were efficient and it was well done.
I have been a customer for five years, and every time, my experience has been 100% satisfaction. Excellent service, reasonable price, and friendly staff earn my loyalty. Cannot say enough good things about this business.
I have been a Cutshaw customer for more than 25 years because they are consistently prompt, gracious and reliable. I have used them for regular maintenance, emergency repairs, and annual inspections. If you live in the Museum District, Scott’s Addition or the Fan, Cutshaw is super convenient. They are located immediately adjacent to a Pulse stop, so if you need to go Downtown after dropping off your vehicle, it’s very easy. But with all that said they are good enough to be a destination auto service shop no matter where you live.

Good quick and easy
I needed an oil change for a 2019 BMW 540. I dropped the car off about 9:15 and it was ready to pick up at about 1:00pm.
I've been going to Cutshaw for most of my automotive needs for years now. They have a convenient key drop off and are pretty quick to get you your vehicle back. I had an inspection and oil change needed, so I dropped off my car Sunday and was able to pick it up on Monday. If I could ask to change anything it would be to send a text or email stating that they have your car and it's estimated to be ready whenever. I called to confirm which works, but a little heads up would be nice. Other than that when I called to see when it would be done the person on the phone was very helpful and polite.
Robert said they're friendly and the mechanics do a good job. They're quick and thorough, and they tell him exactly what needs to be done and what it's going to cost him.
They have provided a price quote to have my vehicle fixed in order to pass state inspection, everything was in writing which is always helpful. They were very open about the status of my vehicle and provided options on how further service my vehicle. Cynthia was very attentive with me and the line of communication was constantly open, which was great because I was highly concerned about my car. I really appreciate her patience with the thousands of questions I had and even went inside the shop (while my car was in service) to retrieve my smart tag that I have left behind.
