Quick resolution
I had just gotten duped off $200 to fix the engine guard which was hanging. The fix did not last so I took the car to Cupertino Auto Care. The father and the son team were very courteous. The fix was in in no time and I paid only $40. Great work.

Professional, quick, honest, and straight to the point!
Went there for an End-of-Life battery replacement for my '17 Ford Explorer. The guy noticed my current battery might still be under warranty with the original company I purchased it from, and mentioned I could try going through them first. But since I'd rather not make more calls and risk waiting longer for the replacement, I went with Cupertino Auto Care anyway. They showed me all indications that the battery was EOL, and educated me on how to properly handle/clean the battery should I be servicing it myself. I was in and out of there in less than half an hour, and all pricing for parts and labor were very transparent from the minute I walked in, so no surprises anywhere.

High Quality Service with Extremely Fast Turnaround
I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service at Cupertino Auto Care. I called to schedule a service appointment and Cameron was super helpful and friendly finding a time to get my car serviced. On the day of the appointment, after quoting the service and providing detailed explanation for the pricing, Cameron dropped me off at my office. The turnaround time was super quick - my car was ready the next day despite requesting a laundry list of different service items. Once my car was ready, Cameron picked me up from work and took me back to the auto shop. There was one additional item not included in the original quote, and Cameron explained why that got added and made sure I understood there was no fluff/bs in the quote. My car is now in excellent shape and I am very pleased with the quality of the service and care. I have already recommended this business to a colleague who is looking to get service done on his car.
