Engine block repair
Josh Cruz analyzed the problem which involved complete engine block inspection. After inspection, repairs were made with complete satisfaction. Not only did Cruz take care of the initial problem but let me know of other issues that needed immediate attention. He was always in contact with me, keeping me informed and up to date on the process. Excellent work and very easy to work with.

Thankful!
I am an older female who, from past experience, is very skeptical of mechanics. It seems my lack of knowledge is money symbols floating from the top of my head. Easily taken advantage of. Not the case at Cruz Automotive! Not only did he communicate issues, he text photos of additional problems and asked if I wanted them resolved. Honestly he seems honest! I would highly recommend Cruz Automotive to all.

Addressed my concerns
My vehicle is an older one (1999); we were looking for a used part with a warranty. None of Josh's suppliers had the part so Josh told me what we were looking for ( climate control head)and I went online to look. Josh was kind enough to assist me in choosing a legitimate company to purchase through, I texted him with any questions and he was always kind while working with/ around his schedule. The day my part came in I contacted him and he was able to get me in the next day. Josh also went the extra mile by checking the freon for my A/C ( my A/C has never worked since I've owned the vehicle) once we realized the climate control head is the reason my A/C didn't work. I am completely overjoyed by having heat and defrost right as the weather is becoming cooler and LOVE that I now have A/C that works when needed. I also appreciate how Josh is able to balance being professional and personable ( seems to be a dying art)!

Very personal and professional
When I spoke to Josh, he was friendly, professional and confident. Josh had an idea of what my issue with my 99 Honda Accord was by my description before even looking at my vehicle. I appreciate Josh giving me my options, including using a rebuilt part and answering my questions clearly and without condensation. I am waiting to hear back from Josh regarding locating the part needed before continuing the repair. I definitely recommend Cruz It Automotive.

A long way from home and the check engine light comes on
I was from out of town. I was apprehensive about getting work done on my car. I had a concern. I'm a senior citizen and my check engine light came on. I called the Cruz automotive shop. The owner of the shop(Josh) answered. He was friendly and helpful. He was able to look at my car by squeezing me in between others. He carefully and throughly examined my car. We were fixed and on our way in only a few minutes. It was a great experience and a huge relief. I would highly recommend Cruz. A good mechanic you can trust is a treasure if you can find one. Best mechanic work I've seen
My mechanic joshua is the most detail oriented mechanic I've seen very thorough does the work the right way I sent him both my trucks and had a long list of repairs done several jobs that were done wrong by other shops in the area he's very professional and organized and probably the cleanest shop in town I highly recommend Cruz it automotive to everyone

Serpentine belt squeaky
Josh took such good care of me and my car. He took me home and come back and picked me up while he worked on my car. While under the car he took time to make sure I had no problems. He replaced the serpentine belt and changed my oil for a very fair price

Josh gives above and beyond service and knowledge. He is low pressure, but is thorough when explaining the why, what and effect making a repair or waiting for a future date and what future issues your choice may cause.
He did a thorough inspection on my 2011 Camry and sent photos when notifying me of parts that needed repaired or if they could wait. ( awareness of the conditions).
I trust Josh for all of my service needs.

Best service i have ever had
Josh went over my older car and has it running perfectly. I am an older person on a fixed income and he was excellent at letting me know approximately what to expect as far as cost. He has my future business for sure
