Our Genesis GV70 air conditioning recently stopped cooling. Not a good thing with summer just around the corner here in Florida.
I reached out to Crown Hyundai Genesis, speaking initially to one of the schedulers, Ashley I believe. The conversation was pleasant and professional. She set a realistic and reasonable expectation, that someone should call me back within 24 hours to schedule the warranty work to get the ac fixed, as they were very busy with similar work.
Before close of business the same day, I was contacted by the service advisor Cassandra. She told me, if I could get it to them the same day, they would get started on the repair right away and that she had a loaner car just return, so I wouldn't be without wheels while they did the work. Wow! talk about under promising and over delivering! That's the way it should be done everywhere, by everyone. Cassandra even called me again before I left my house, to let me know that the loaner was an electrified Genesis, and would that be ok. I told her the small community I lived in didn't have very many electric charging stations nearby, and would it be at all possible to get a gas powered vehicle. She apologized and offered a G70 sedan, which I was totally and completely fine with. Cassandra is a shining example of what a dealer service advisor is supposed to be, and a credit to her profession and the dealer.
The ac repair work was done in less than a week, and they even replaced the oxidized bright trim around the windows, that was also covered by warranty. Kasandra called me at least two times during the week to keep me up to date on the repairs and order status of the window trim parts.
This was without a doubt one of the best dealer service experiences I have ever had anywhere, and I cannot sing enough praise for Crown Hyundai Genesis and Cassandra. I would most definitely recommend them to a close friend or family member. Thank you Crown!

Will not honor Warrantee.
New Genesis cars come with concierge service, where they pick up the car and leave a loaner. I have been trying for months to get my new GV70 in for the initial service, and I just get excuses and lies and a general run around. I have never experienced service so bad in all my 70 years. The car is great but think twice about buying a Genesis.

I was a little intimidated when I showed up at Crown Genesis, especially being a single woman but Jennifer greeted me with a friendly and unassuming presence and answered all of my questions and helped me to feel more confident with the purchase process. I had been to 3 other Genesis dealerships and felt annoyed by their attitudes and follow-up. She has followed up several times to see how the car has been and if I'm satisfied. I love the car and appreciate her. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable and I will recommend her to everyone.
Eric Valladares was so amazing. He kept our visit hassle free. We told him exactly what we wanted and he provided that and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market. It went so quickly and I thank him for that because we have so little spare time.
Easy from start to finish go see Eric he’s the man. I’m in Orlando and drove 135 min. The staff wont disappoint. Thanks guys I’ll be back at crown for future purchases.
It was a pleasure working with Jennifer and the other professionals at Crown Genesis. After an exhaustive search Jennifer was able to find the GV70 that I was looking for. Pricing was straight forward and I received more than expected for the vehicle that I traded in.
It was not at all pleasant experience for my new car with Crown Hyundai. It was my worst and horrible day.
First there was miscommunication with the down payment processing, this is something I don’t bother about, but I wasted time for this miss communication.
Second the car was not equipped with all the packages they charged for. The sticker itself clearly charged for Cargo cover but it was missing when handed over. Also, few other missing parts that I noticed and complained.
Other worst part was there was clear visible black stains on the hand rest, I don’t understand what detailing they have done before handing over a brand-new car (I had to wait again 1 and half hour for them to clean that mess).
I really don’t understand that the customer has to inspect all these for a brand new car?? I am really surprised how they are doing business in the market.
Oh, the main thing comes now, I took my 1 year old daughter and wife to pick up the car and we were so happy the day before as we are getting a nice luxury car on our daughter 1st birthday and it is so special for us. And here is what happened, we really were expecting at least a ribbon tied to our new car and my family taking a picture with it at the dealership, instead we waited for 4 hours and I had to let my wife and daughter leave to home since there were no one to really care about us. The car was just outside in the parking lot and I really sensed their feeling and attention “just take the car and get the hell out of here”.
I really miss that picture with my family. Maybe it was a small thing to them but getting a new car is a big event for us – even Car Max treats there customers so much better (you can see the pics on google from CarMax).
Overall, I felt like why did I get a car and why did I really choose Genesis and particularly Crown dealership to get one.
