i made an appointment for some recalls weeks in advance. Waited for my service but after four hours, they still hadn't started. Stating they wrote it up was a drop off even though I was in their waiting room and that shouldn't even matter. I was the only person in the waiting area at one point. Not that it should matter at all if I was waiting or not. you agreed to an appointed time; don't what is the point of your schedule if you just willy nilly decide when and what to work on .When I was made aware of this and they finally were starting, i told them I couldn't wait any longer. Representative were rude. Took the car back and now the steering is messed up. Multiple signs throughout the building with claims to committment to service ... not sure what they're committing to but it is not service.
