So awesome!!! I have definitely had the "woman just walked in, time to upsell" problem at other shops and this was not even an issue that crossed my mind as soon as I started talking with the manager Matt. I have a really funky issue with my battery that, while they were unable to repair the root cause, they were able to provide me with a solid recommendation on what specialty shop would be able to fix it for a decent price. I got other normal work taken care of while I was there and that was stellar, resolved some more minor QOL issues I was having. Overall, amazing service and turnaround time, phenomenal transparency, and will absolutely be coming here for any service I may need in the future.
