I have used this company and always appreciated their service. Last week I went in with a lawnmower tire, yes the vain of all tire company's. The man in the office said to go up to tractor supply and get a tube we will put it on for you. Well I didn't do it then. I did it today. I went in with the tire and a tube that I just bought from Tractor Supply. The man behind the counter said 'we don't do those, we do not work with small tires'. I told him about what I had been told last week and he told me Im sorry we just had a meeting and we don't work on those anymore, the owner told us to quit working on those, the man you talked to was the manager. We have to many customers bringing those back. Well, I told him I have never brought one back. I know these lawnmower tires and tubes suck and when I do bring them back I pay just like the first-time, he didn't care. It was like washing his hands of a problem. I may have to give Discount Tires my Business.
