Called to inquire about a car and spoke to Mathew. By the time I hung up we put a deal together. A very easy car buying experience. The beat I ever had. Most of the paper work was done in advance. Car was waiting for me when I showed up at the dealership. Matthew and I went for a test drive. He showed me all the workings of the car while Jay prepared the paper work. Steve, the Manager introduced himself and was very gracious. The whole process only took a little over two hours. I have had car buying experiences that took all day or more. It was worth driving from Northern Kentucky to Nicholasville to buy the car.
