The AC on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline stopped working. I called Craig and he set me up in a reasonable amount of time to have it looked at. He told me the approximate price before I had the car brought in and what I could expect as far as the process to determine the issue I dropped the truck off at 8 AM and he once again explained to me the exact process to determine what the cause of the AC failing might be. By 2 o’clock he called me back to let me know, AC was as cold as ever. The price I paid was right in line with what he had told me when I first called him. When it comes to auto repairs, I’ve always trusted Craig to do the right thing and it always comes out right. He’s professional and very pleasant to deal with.
