Work done on my Jeep Cherokee
Larae is awesome and always has been. I was appreciative she scheduled me in quickly. Was disappointed that I was charged $87.00 by CAR for the battery to be charged when I just bought it from you and it was installed in March. Granted the dome light caused the drain but I didn't expect to be charged that much for a charge especially since I bought the battery from you and it was under warranty. I also had some new struts put on the back tailgate in addition to that on that same day. I've never spoken to any mechanic since Craig sold the business. They just don't want to talk to the customer. Much different vibe now.
