My only feedback is that I wish there was communication between myself, as a customer, and the mechanic. We are never given an opportunity to get further details on the work being done. Travis used to be accessible and freely provided information. With Cornerstone, it feels impossible to question the mechanic. It really feels odd and I think the owner should allow for transparency between the customer and mechanic.
