Excellent experience
New to the area and tried a different mechanic shop for some routine maintenance. This routine maintenance caused my transmission to act up and appeared it wasn’t done correctly. Brought it into Coyote, explained the situation and they explained the procedure and how it should be done. Their off the cuff knowledge made me feel comfortable that they would address the problem appropriately. They were able to squeeze me into their scheduled and in less than a day, truck was ready for me. JJ and Joe gave me a recommendations for next items to address and timelines on my truck.
