I had my truck towed to Cope’s Automotive on Thursday after being assured it would be diagnosed on Friday. Friday came and went with complete silence. They swore it would be inspected Monday never happened. On Tuesday, they actually had the nerve to call me and guarantee it was finally being looked at. Once again, a total lie. Nothing was done.
After three days of worthless promises, blatant disrespect for my time, and endless excuses, I’m stuck paying another $90 tow fee just to drag my truck away from this place and drop it off with professionals who actually work. Zero accountability and absolute zero competence. Save yourself the massive headache and the extra money take your vehicle literally anywhere else.
