Excellent Experience
I was rear ended by a company vehicle and ended up going to Cope for my repairs. They accepted the vehicle when they said they would and completed the work in a timely fashion. When a part arrived damaged they notified me immediately and gave me a new timeline.

When I picked up the vehicle the work was top quality and it even looked like the inside and outside of the vehicle had been cleaned.

Fast and efficient, great job on cat!
The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They treated me as if I were the most important person there. They gave me daily updates on the progress. When we dropped off the car they had our paperwork ready, and when we picked it up they were all ready for us, handed us our key and off we went!

Great communication every step of the way.
Fantastic communication through out the entire process. The insurance ended up totaling our car and the help every step of the way was greatly appreciated.

High Quality Work and Experience
Work and communication throughout the process was top notch. While repairs took several weeks, it was mostly due to insurance pay outs and shipping of parts. Cope Collision is definitely in the upper tier when it comes to repair shops.

COPE repair
The repairs on my car were done much quicker than expected.
Everyday I received a text report on the progress made in repairing my car.
The staff was friendly and helped with the car rental.
