Chris will drop what he is doing when he gets a call for immediate assistance!
My car wouldn't start and I called Converse Service and he was at my location within a few minutes. It was 23 degrees out. I followed him to his station, he ordered a battery and I was on my way!

Wesley said he was charged $127 to replace a tiny little hose clamp that should have cost $4 or no more than $10. The business did nothing to resolve anything and was never called. He will tell everybody for the rest of his life not to go to this facility.

Wesley said he was very unhappy with the service received at this business because he was charged $127 to put on a hose clamp. He will tell everyone how unhappy he was. He will not recommend this business for this reason.

I'm sorry you feel this way. To you it appears that all your car needed was a clamp on the lower hose connection to the bottom of the radiator. that was all it needed.. but you had stated that you just had a radaitor installed. so in finding that clamp loose I found it nessuary to check the cooling system for more leaks and to make sure the radaitor was installed correctly. i did not want your car to strand you because we did not make sure the cooling system was working properly and not leaking.
