Terrible customer service and always running late .. I'm done
I had it with this place today. They first sold me tires and wheels which took almost 3 hours to get done..and this was with appointment. went in today with appointment today for tire rotation. Person at counter said 1 Hour!! I asked him to cancel and he said "perfect". Either he meant to be condescending or has poor choice of words..terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service and can't keep to the appointment time scheduled..not even close
It took 3 hours for wheels and tires to be mounted. Today I went in for my scheduled appointment for tire rotation. They said it would take an hour. I don't understand why they bother to schedule when they can't keep to it. This is terrible for the customer. Person at counter became rude when I said to cancel the appointment then condescending by saying "perfect". I will never return nor suggest anyone to give them business.

Edgar and the staff are awesome!
Edgar and the entire Comtires Staff are honest and so helpful and knowledgeable. I trust them with both of my vehicles and have gone to them repeatedly. I am grateful to have found such a respectable mechanic staff. I would refer anyone to Comtires for tires, wheels and overall car service...They are not greedy and dishonest and they don't charge for services not needed. I really appreciate them!

David said the business had a delay on time, every time he went there they told him one more hour, it ended up taking 3 hours. The business did an alignment on his vehicle and he feels its pulling off to the side. The business also never printed out a paper with the details of what was done to the vehicle, if someone from this business could get in contact him, regarding his alignment issue, that would be greatly appreciated.

Amazing Service
This is probably one of the easiest and most car repair I have gone through. Highly recommend this location. Except that if more people go they might be busy next time I need something repaired..
