I stand behind this guy 100%!
Just moved to the area, female, middle aged, not great with car motors. More than one person recommended him to me! Chaelo walked me through what and why certain things needed to be repaired (from the little knowledge I had these things made sense). He has over 40 years of experience. Chaelo explained to me what I could do to save money on future repairs as well. I feel like I've hit the jackpot! Finding a good, honest mechanic can be a little scary these days!

Honest, Helpful, and So Welcoming!
I usually come in for oil changes, and every time, the experience is great. The team is always friendly, and the front desk is so patient and helpful—they answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They also give honest advice about any other work my car might need and never push anything unnecessary. Their pricing is super fair, and I really appreciate how transparent they are. Plus, their sweet dog is always around to brighten your day. It’s a shop you can truly trust!

Quick and painless oil change
Customer service was exceptional. I called for an oil change appt. They promptly changed my oil and I was notified an hour later that it was done. (I left it there for them to complete at any time that day). They checked my brakes, my wipers, air filter etc. I'm a returning customer, and I will definitely come back for my next oil change.

Above and beyond
For being a small shop, they go above and beyond, every time I come in here today, I was in and out with new tires, oil change. Alignment and transmission service with everything being explained. The whole time no upsells, no pressure relaxing atmosphere.
Having Max, there is also always a plus.

Very Happy customer
I have used complete automotive three times now they are accurate punctual and give great customer service. I find their prices to be more than competitive with the big chain repair places like routine oil changes etc. I appreciate their no nonsense approach and talking to me about car things as if I understand them I would definitely recommend complete automotive to anyone.

Complete Auto replaced my battery that was 9 years old, quickly and efficienty. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs automotive repair. It's a small, independent shop and I like to support small business. They don't like to upsell you unnecessary things. Ask for Chaelo (Kay-Low)
