The bigger issue wasn’t even the price, it was the attitude. The staff were sitting around laughing and joking while I was asking for help, and no one seemed willing to do the bare minimum to assist.
I wasn’t asking for free work, just a quick visual check or basic guidance, and they couldn’t even be bothered to step outside the door.
This was easily some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I won’t be coming back.
