Fantastic overall experience
Fantastic experience all around. We had been shopping around for a new car for a few days and were struggling to find the right fit both for a car and a dealership. We had been to a different dealership in town the night before and they didn't seem to have any real interest in selling us a car. When we pulled up to College Station Hyundai though Jared met us with a smile (even though it was almost 100°) and had us test driving cars in no time. Once we knew what we wanted we moved inside and our kids were able to use their play area while we did finance applications. During that time the entire dealership staff made us feel welcomed, even with 3 kids. The receptionist went above and beyond not only with us but with everyone that walked in the door as well. Once it was time to sign papers we went back with the sales manager Murray and closed out our experience on a high note. In the course of a few hours we went from discouraged with our lack of progress to the proud owners of a 2025 vehicle. I cannot recommend College Station Hyundai and our salesman Jared enough.

Service visits for Palisade
I purchased my Palisade at a Hyundai Dealership in Houston, but didn’t want to drive into Houston from Huntsville for my service appointments so I decided to drive to College Station Hyundai and I’m happy that I did.
Not only is the drive better, the service department at College Station Hyundai is wonderful, from the front desk to the back service techs, I know I can count on them to take excellent care of my Palisade.
Thanks to you all.

Exceptional professional quality customer service
As the years go by change is inevitable. Very seldom does one find consistent professional quality customer service maintaining a five-star rating year after year. College Station Hyundai under the leadership of Ben Keating’s Auto Group and his Hyundai team are the exception to the rule.
Over the last decade and three new vehicle purchases, the Hyundai product quality and superb technical staff performance has exceeded all expectations. My Hyundai College Station staff is like family always looking out for my welfare ensuring strict quality control when servicing my vehicle and ensuring that the safety of my family receives priority attention.
As always, champion teams have a star point guard. Mine is service representative Dylan Thomas and coach, general manager Andy Wheeler. A winning combination for Aggieland’s best vehicle dealership. Drop bye at their marvelous modern facility and say hello.

Worst car buying experience ever!!
Update: So it has now been 7 months since we purchased this vehicle - and there has been no attempt by this dealership to resolve our issues. So much for having the integrity to do what you say and make things right . I highly discourage anyone from going there - but if you must - I would highly suggest that you record your experience on your phone and make sure EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING!!!
Worst used car buying experience ever from this Dealer Rated D+ with the Better Business Bureau.
We were told the vehicle was checked out by the service Dept. and serviced, everything was in working order ready to go. Promised 2 chips in the windshield would be fixed. After purchase but before driving off the lot we discovered the DVD didn't work. Sales staff turned Rude and Unprofessional. Sales Manager sat in his glass walled office not busy snacking on cookies or something and refused to come talk to us after the Salesman asked him 3 times. One Manager saw the commotion came over and his response was “We didn’t have to tell you!” and “Most dealers wouldn’t pay to fix it!” We finally got help from an Assistant Manager and he did some checking finding out from Service Dept. parts were on order to fix it. It was known the DVD didn’t work and they didn’t tell us. He gave us a “We Owe” slip to bring vehicle back for repair. We brought it back when parts came in (wrong parts, had to reorder the right parts) and that’s when we were told vehicle had not been serviced. The Glass Tech inspected the windshield and said it was not repairable and needed to be replaced. So another 1 ½ hour drive a few weeks later got the DVD fixed. The promise to fix the windshield was a LIE……….
They post a Great price online then when you get there tell you that $1,997 has been added for APEX GPS theft tracking and $399 for windshield protection. Don’t fall for this, it’s not worth it and I will walk out of a Dealership if I ever encounter a SCAM like that again. I learned the hard way. Lastly, my wife and I both told them and made it very clear that I was Pre-qualified at Capital One Auto and was financing with Capital One Auto. I gave them the Pre-qualification Letter and told them that’s who I am using. Much to my surprised I discovered a few days later the Finance Manager, who is also the Sales Manager who refused to talk to us about the DVD Player issue went Rogue and sent to multiple Banks resulting in several needless “Hard Pulls” on my Credit Report. He told the Banks and Credit Agencies who investigated this that “He didn’t know about my Pre-qualification and desire to use Capital One.” That’s A FLAT OUT LIE!!! I suggest if you get your own financing that you get them to sign a document that you are requesting NO other Financing to be sought before you even sit down to negotiate.
We are requesting the Windshield replaced, Refund of $399 charge for Windshield Coating applied to glass that needed replaced. Letters sent to Banks stating the extra Financing Inquiries were made by mistake and should removed from my Credit Report.
A letter explaining these issues was sent to General Manager by Registered Mail on August 21 and another sent Registered Mail Sept. 14, with neither one getting a reply from the Dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this Dealer to anyone. Go to one that stands behind the vehicles they sell.

Worst Service Department
I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe in May of 2023. We drove 2 hours to College Station because they had the one I wanted. After completing the paperwork and the final inspection - we discovered that one of the front sensors didn't work. They assured me that any Hyundai dealership would fix it. Not true. I tried two other Hyundai dealerships - neither one wanted to do the work once they discovered that the sensor was damaged in transport before we even purchased the car.
After two unsuccessful trips to College Station (the 2nd time they assured us that it was fixed - it wasn't) we demanded that they bring us a loaner. After waiting 3 weeks on the waiting list - they brought the loaner. They kept my car for over 2 months - with no communication at all. I have never had such poor service. I had to go back to my salesman in order to get my car which had been ready for 3 weeks.
Our Salesman was great. The Service Department is the WORST. Giving them a one star rating is being generous. Dillyn Thomas has no business being in sales - much less a sales manager.

Rude, Dishonest, Unprofessional Sales Staff and Finance Manager

They post a Great price online then when you get there tell you that $1,997 has been added for APEX GPS theft tracking and $399 for windshield protection. They talk it up like it’s a good deal but later after reading what you actually get, it’s a BIG RIPOFF. Upon further review of this plan later, I would definitely walk out the next time and go to an Honest Dealer that doesn’t use these deceptive pricing games. It it totally NOT worth it. I learned the hard way. RIPOFF!!!! Don’t fall for this scam on a used car. APEX is owned by Keating Auto Group who owns this and 29 other Dealerships.
We were told the vehicle was checked out by the service Dept. and serviced, everything was in working order ready to go. This was the first LIE!! It was known the DVD didn’t work and they didn’t tell us. He gave us a “We Owe” slip to bring vehicle back for repair. This Vehicle was NOT Serviced and ready to be put on the lot. No doubt in my mind that if I hadn’t demanded the “We Owe” slip they wouldn’t have fixed the DVD. We brought it back when parts came in (wrong parts, had to reorder the right parts) and that’s when we were told vehicle had not been serviced. The Glass Tech inspected the windshield and said it was not repairable and needed to be replaced, probably due to the APEX Windshield Coating they applied to a windshield with 2 chips in it and I was charged $399 for. So another 1 ½ hour drive a few weeks later got the DVD fixed. The promise to fix the windshield was a LIE……….
Lastly, my wife and I both told them and made it very clear that I was Pre-qualified at Capital One Auto and was financing with Capital One Auto. Service Department
My appointment for my 2022 Tucson was at 10:10 this morning. I arrived on time. Looking at both waiting areas, I realized many people were waiting. I was told it would take 2 hours to have my car serviced (a routine service). There were SIXTEEN people ahead of me. This is unacceptable for anyone to wait two hour and have sixteen people ahead of you for an appointment made at 10:10 in the morning - WHY ON EARTH MAKE AN APPOINTMENT for this kind of service. Because it was one of the free services when we bought the car. The last visit was a routine service and the service department replace a mud flap; I waited over four hours that visit and did not receive the free car wash. They promise a free car wash valued at $19.95. The car was not clean!! Just a surface wash on the outside. The inside was barely vacuumed in the front and not touched anywhere else. The service manager explained if they had time they would vacuum the back, but unfortunately, they were too busy. So, hats off to this service department and their manager - oh and the owners who let this kind of service happen to customers they promise to take care of in a timely professional manner! Bait and switch pricing
11/24/23: Internet price was 22650.
When the salesman came out with the total, he increased the sales price 2000.00, additional 1900.00 for the vehicle to be certified. Claims if you finance you get a better price and you can pay off the loan as soon as you want to. In reality they are getting the finance cost up front. Only benefits the dealer.
So the price of 22650 went to 29500.00 .
They will not sell you the car for the advertised price for cash.
Run from this dealer

Kudos To Joshua in the Service Department
My son's 2016 Veloster (62,000 miles) died on the highway as he was returning to school from Houston. Had it towed to College Station Hyundai. Joshua was the Service Advisor and couldn't have done a better job. 1st analysis was plugged catalytic converter. After that was replaced the car started acting up again as my son was returning to school. Brought it back in and found that it had a problem with the lower rod bearing and the engine needed replacement. Joshua worked with Hyundai to satisfy all of their demands and the engine and converter were replaced under Hyundai's warranty.

Fantastic Experience!
Had a wonderful experience picking up my new car! It was a gift from my boss! (Tried to add the video but can’t) Tyler knocked the customer service out of the park! He was so helpful teaching me about the Santa Fe! Sean made the paperwork effortless and was hilarious to boot. THANKS for such an AMAZING experience!
