Not a good experience at all. We have been having issues with our car. We had already replaced the battery and replaced the alternator twice. The car stopped yesterday. We had the car towed to them (after calling to tell them what had been happening). When the tow truck arrived, the car started and they were able to drive it onto the tow truck. Today Sunoco called and said the battery and alternator were dead and needed to be replaced at a cost of over $1,300 before they could diagnose further because they couldn’t start it to move it (so basically no information we didn’t already have). They charged over $200 for that “diagnosis.” I find it impossible to believe they spent more than 5 minutes to determine it wouldn’t start. Total ripoff!
