I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW with less than 7000 miles from this dealership. I made sure with the sales manager, Chris Holland, that the car would be covered under the maintenance plan for 50000 miles. I went back to my home town to discover that there is a transfer fee that needs to be paid to get the maintenance plan transferred from the previous owner. I called the sales manager back and resolve the issue. After getting a hold of him, he transferred me to another department and stopped answering my phone calls. I left him voicemails but he wouldn't return them. Basically, he lied to me about the maintenance being covered just to make a sale. As a normal customer, I have no idea of such programs, but I double-checked with him that the vehicle would be covered and he lied about it. ALWAYS Be careful with such deceitful people
