***!!BUYER BEWARE!!***This guy MANNY MIRANDA is a Liar, and a SCAMMER. He uses some bottom of the barrel used car lot sales tactics to rip off honest customers of their hard earned money. He made up very detailed stories about why a 2019 BMW X5 was brought back with only 459 miles on it, to try and convince me it was a great deal and nothing was wrong with the car.. “oh yeah he was a client of mine! He bought his wife an X7 and bought an X5 for himself, but then realized the x5 was a little too small so he brought it back and switched it out for an X7!” Later, only after being rushed through paperwork and having them pump up the offer on my trade in vehicles value to really sway me towards buying the X5, the truth comes to light. THE X5 HAS ENGINE PROBLEMS, AND THE DEALER HAD TO BUY IT BACK FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. The Dealership service department performed the engine work, and decided to put “changed spark plugs” and “changed the starter” on the carfax to prevent the vehicle from being devalued, and to keep it from becoming a hard sale in the future. I asked for a printout of the work done to the car from the Head of the Service Department, and after finally convincing them to give me a copy, I found out there was 2 pages of information that was blatantly being hidden from me, in order to try and TRICK me into buying this NOT SO CLEAN vehicle. These items include: “PLASTIC PLUG JAMMED IN THE FLYWHEEL,” “OVERHEATED STARTER MOTOR,” “TRIED TO TURN MOTOR BUT IT WAS LOCKED UP,” “AFTER DISASSEMBLY, STARTED ENGINE BUT HEARD LOTS OF PLASTIC CRUNCHING FROM THE BELLHOUSING,” “FOUND LARGE PIECE OF PLASTIC JAMMED IN THE FLYWHEEL GEAR.” Not only is he a Liar and a con artist, but the extent of which he and his team will go to make their stories sound believable, while hiding the true history behind a vehicle make me believe that he does this on a regular basis. His lies go layers and layers deep, and I’m hoping people TRULY reconsider before deciding to put your trust in this specific BMW dealership to take care of your New purchases, pre-owned purchases, or even service on your pre-existing car. do yourself a favor, check out ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP.. ***!!BUYER BEWARE!!***
