This is my fourth Hyundai, and experiences like this are exactly why I remain a loyal customer.

I want to give a sincere thank-you to Valencia, Service Advisor at Hyundai of Hampton.

Valencia is consistently honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to explain what’s going on, gives realistic time estimates, and treats customers with respect. This visit was no exception — she listened, handled a warranty issue efficiently, and made sure everything was taken care of properly and at no cost to me.

It’s rare to find a service advisor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Valencia is exactly that. Because of her, service visits are stress-free and handled the right way.

Highly recommend working with her if you want clear communication and excellent customer care.
