Where Customer Service Does Not Exist
Have you ever walked into a dealership and immediately know, you are nothing more than dollar signs. That is what I was. As we negotiated late Saturday afternoon, we were abruptly told the banks are closed and that he (Henry Bly) would be back in touch first thing on Monday. If first thing is after lunch on Monday he texted and told us, bank requires money for this vehicle. Ok...........nothing about the $10k less car we wanted to buy. Not a peep. I believe the dealership sees so much business, if they cannot screw you over, on to the next. If you want to buy a car and enjoy being bent over and accepting whatever it is they throw at you, this is the dealership. So far, every Hyundai dealership I have been to have the worst of the worst scams going. Its that bad.
