Key Fob
Went to have a key fob purchased from Batteries Plus programmed at this location. They informed me that the new key fob might not program, which I understood and did not mind as I could simply return it to Batteries Plus if that were the case. They were able to program the new key fob, but in the process my original key fob which came with the car stopped working. They never told me prior to trying to program the new key fob that this was a possibility and have stated they are going to do nothing to replace the key fob that made non-functionable.
