Excellent service for my car and customer service for me.
I have been using City Radiator services for almost 17 years. They have always been very helpful and quick to tell me if the car didn't yet need the service I requested. I appreciate their committment and respect for their customers and the customer's wallet. They are great to work with.

You can't imagine the relief I felt when I was introduced to City Radiator and Auto Repair. As some of you may know, it is very difficult to find a customer-friendly, professional and trustworthy auto repair shop. So I was pleasantly surprised to find ALL of those qualities in one business. Not very trust worthy
They told me that they will call me before working on my car to tell me the problem n how much it would cost, thry didn’t bother to call me n they fixed it without my permission, n they tired to charge me 130$, he goes back in the shop then comes out saying ok what do you think is far to pay?, I said noting I want my keys back n I’ll leave

Honest Friendly competent Auto repair shop.
Liz, Tyler, and their entire team are very friendly honest, and straightforward and went above and beyond with a high maintenance customer like myself. I will be going back and I think anyone reading this should give them a try. I wanted some specific parts used for my steering repairs and although I attempted to make it easy by listing part numbers, pictures, and where to find them they still had to do a lot of leg work and deal with a supplier they had never dealt with before they handled that no problem and with a lot of class. Additionally, the scope of the work was pretty big. In addition to the steering parts, they did a heater core which required removal of my dash. They ran into a couple of small problems in the reassemble of the dash (some old parts broke) but they sourced those parts and we arranged for me to come back in at a later date to resolve those very minor issues. This is a fairly new shop I believe and it is run pretty darn well. The only area I see that needs some improvement in scheduling and initial turnaround but that will come with experience. If It would allow me to I would give them 4 and 3/4 Stars but since its either 4 or 5 I will bump them up because I think they are going to get even better over time. Oh and do not forget they have some awesome short-term finance options like SNAP which made this whole project possible for me.

Always a great experience at City Auto and Repair
Over the past 4 years of having my car serviced by City, I have come to trust them with repairs and have confidence that the work will always be done right. The appear to be pricing fairly for service and keep you informed if the estimate is going to vary (both on the positive or negative) based on findings after the work begins. They keep their commitments to the timing of the repairs as well.

I recommended this location to a friend and their car was put under my account. I was honestly embarrassed for referring them here. I had previously been seen and loved the service. My friend had a different experience. Understandably, there are some issues due to Covid-19, but it took a long time with multiple communication errors and confusion. They did a great job fixing the car however.
