I used to take my vehicles there when it was operated by Adam and I was disappointed when it closed. Since it has reopened under new management I wanted to re-establish service for my two vehicles. I took my Buick there for an oil change and tire rotate and balance. I could have taken it back to Wallmart for the tire service where it would not have cost me anything as that is where I bought the tires. In any case after the oil service I was told that my rear brakes was in bad need of new pads. I asked them to do the repair. After leaving the brakes were making a bad rubbing sound. Not being knowledgeable of mechanics, I thought perhaps it would go away soon as the brakes "seated" properly. However the rubbing continued so I took it back for a check. On pulling the tires I was told that the discs had a little rust on them and the noise would soon go away. I didn't think a little rust would cause the rubbing noise I was experiencing, and it was not the cause as the rubbing noise continued. I again took my car back and the real wheels wer again pulled. Then it was found that the passenger side pad had not been seated properly due to a pad "locating nipple" not having been set properly. This was done and the rubbing noise has mostly stopped. However I still get an occasional rubbing noise which is perhaps just more worrisome than anything. All this after taking my vehicle three times. Needless to say I hoped to have a better experience. I know that mistakes are made by everyone at times and I will still take my vehicles there for service.
