My car had a rear drivers side collision, when dropping off my vehicle after the accident I noticed the drivers side tire pressure light was on and was even in the dash pictures taken by your team. When I received my vehicle after repairs the tire was flat, never addressed by the service team even though it was on the side of impact. The rear back up camera was not reinstalled correctly and not aligned straight so the camera view was angled. The gas tank was empty (30 miles to E which was not empty on drop off and caused an issue when I had to keep my car at the dealership to fix the issues my car still had)
All of these were fixed by the ciocca dealership but after a full month of not having my vehicle and being excited to pick up it was EXTREMELY disappointing to have to leave it another 2 days to fix these mistakes.
For a $9,300 repair bill I absolutely do not expect such mediocre service and negligence of detail.
