Awful
My experience with Ciocca has been awful, this would be the 5th date change and the communication is terrible! Currently still have my car and at this point i have no idea when I will get my car back. I will never go to them again and I highly recommend anyone else to stay clear. The inconvenience and lack of care that I call for an update to have the date changed and then changed again the next day in text message!

We completely understand that having your car out of commission for an extended period is about as enjoyable as watching paint dry.
