Dont go to this place
I took my car to CBA because I trusted them. Because on their website they stated that they built their business on Christian values, and they stand behind them. After I had my car there, they called me and told me I had a bad primary water pump.
I agreed to fix because I needed my car.
I paid $2700 to CBA for that repair. When I got my car back it seemed fine, no noticeable leaks. Why would there be, they just fixed it right? About 10 days later my check coolant light came on. So, I added a little coolant thinking it was just low from when they fixed the car. About a week later the coolant light came on again. So, I added more and thought it was strange. I looked around my engine and noticed it was wet around the water pump on my car. I do live about an hour from CBA so it was a few more days before I could return my car to them and get a ride home.
When I left the care with CBA, I informed them it was the same problem as before and never stopped leaking. Two days later, I got an email from them saying the estimate was $1800 for oil cooler housing leaking. So, I called and spoke to the office about my car. I told them that they should warranty they work.
He disagreed. I asked for the manager and was told I would have to call back. I instructed them not to touch my car until I spoke to the manager and got this matter resolved.
When I called back, I spoke to Austin the manager. I pleaded with him to help me out and fix the water leak because that is what I paid for, and it was never fixed.
I told him that I would dispute the credit card charges because they charged me but did not fix my car and now wanted more money.
I took my car to another shop and they found that the water pump was leaking and never repaired.
I was scammed. CBA is now fighting the CC charges even though they did not repair my car properly or honor their work. Do not go to this place.
