I had a great experience here from start to finish. They were able to quickly get the parts my poor smashed car needed and got the repairs done in a short amount of time. I was informed of the status and progress often along the way as well. I would definitely use this shop again.

Quality at a fair price.
Chico Collision has done a few repairs for me and quality of workmanship for a fair price has and will continue to bring me back. The last time I was there they repaired the door on my BMW for 1/3 the cost of their competitor who said that I needed a new door.
They're the best!!!

Horrible
Dropped off my car being told it would be a quick fix within six days. Upon the first presentation of my "fixed" car, I was shown something that looked sloppy and unfinished. There were mistakes in the paint job, the dent was still visible, lines on the vehicle were not straight. Upon being told those issues would be fixed, I was shown my vehicle again two days later, with only one if the multiple issues fixed. I then had to leave my vehicle once again for an additional three days when I was finally able to receive my car the way it should have been the first day it was presented to me. During each presentation, I had to convince them of their obvious mistakes in their "repair." I was never satisfied and will not be going back there again. After driving my vehicle back to my residence, I found that my speaker wires had been ripped from the removal of my door panel, which should have been removed carefully and been replaced in the same condition they found it, not left disconnected due to another of their many mistakes. I am displeased with having to put one star as my rating since 0 is not an option!
