Always wonderful
I like how everyone is professional and helpful. They reinforce instructions (for return) and gives you explanations. They were also very quick in their service as I was waiting. They tagged teamed the service needs. And appreciate that. It was also a Friday afternoon so allowed me to get n my way faster. Very nice and friendly. I highly recommend them.

"Hello Dolly. . .well Hello Dolly"
Despite fixing the flat tire on my Dolly ("Hello Dolly. . .well Hello Dolly") and then trying to convince me that said small tire would fit on my Subaru (yeah right) while charging me over $11.00 for air and storage and prohibiting me from "talking politics" during the morning Chet's Coffee Clutch session. . .

. . .I was entirely pleased with the service I got and gave it a "Five Star" rating cause visiting Chet's always makes me completely satisfied as well as laugh and smile no matter what I'm going through. . .

Good fast service
Came in for an oil change and I had mentioned a few concerns. They replaced my oil quickly and found my concerns valid and noticed what I had been talking about. Even showed me what was the problem.

Car problem week after
Brought my car abd they fixed the initial problem. Week later a new check engine light comes up....as i drive my car and drop it off the issue/code comes up. They can't find a problem and charged me $200 (rounded up) for labor without fixing/finding the problem 2 days later same issue came up with my car. ... been hesitant t o bring my car in sense

Very friendly and helpful
Brought my van in for work on spark plugs and coils, they were very busy so they couldn't get to my van for a little while but they were very helpful and kept me updated with work and helped get to me as soon as possible. Great work, too.

Weird sound and pulsating brakes fixed!
Matthew worked on my 2016 Honda Civic. The brakes were pulsating weirdly and the car had a weird sound. He found everything that was wrong with the car and fixed it. He did an amazing job and the car runs awesome now. So happy I took it to Chet’s Car Care!!
