Went for a family reunion from Missouri over memorial day weekend and as luck would have it we had some serious issues once we arrived. Called chelmont to explain what was going on and without hesitation they told me to bring my Expedition in. Never have I experienced service like this at an auto mechanic shop, Brakes, rotors and calipers were replaced and what you might think would be super expensive was priced just right along with the labor. Manny, Raul. Marty and David were phenomenal and instrumental in getting my vehicle fixed with the confidence of driving it back home to Springfield. You will not find better customer service at any other auto center especially when they make you feel like FAMILY. In a time were customer service has gone by the way side it was refreshing to see a business that cared and has taken Pride in what they do. Will recommend to friends and family, my only regret it that I can only give them 5 stars.
