Always excellent service.
We have used Check's for more than 30 years. They have always done the work properly and we've never had to come back to "fix it again". They keep us posted on areas of possible future concern in terms we understand and without pressure, while giving us clear options. Very much appreciated. Great customer service.

Battery
Daughters car wouldnt start. Got jumped at UWSP and went to Check's.
Tested her battery and replaced while she waited. We're 350 miles away and it's nice to have a mechanic
we can trust to not take advantage of us.

Engine Oil leak
We are always satisfied with Checks and have confidence in their knowledge. We've been a customer for years and always feel they have our best interest at heart. Our car was scheduled for head gasket and oil pan gasket replacement. After closer inspection the technician suspected another issue is the problem so they went that less expensive route keeping our budget in mind. We will see if that takes care of the problem. We Trust everyone at Checks Muffler Center and recommend them highly.

Thermostat and tire mount and balance
Had prior work done here on cooling system and got a bad thermostat, took it back in and replaced under warranty no charge which was awesome. Also asked later if they had time to mount and balance some tires since the truck was already there and they took care of that also. Great place honest people. Been here many times always take care of me.
