Absolutely top-notch service!
Mario is the best. I came in for brakes and rotors, an oil change, and a diagnostic, and the team here went above and beyond. This is my 3rd time with them and everything was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. They explained things clearly and made sure I left feeling confident and safe on the road. Highly recommend this shop. They are honest, skilled, and reliable!

Always fast friendly and affordable!
Charlie's has been taking care of my 26 year old F-150 since way back when and on the singular occasion when I had a question about their work they promptly and for free addressed the issue.
I'll always take my vehicles to Charlie's!

Charlie’s auto is the best for excellence reliable service and I trust their recommendations.I wanted 4 tires and they suggested only the 2 rear as my front tires were only 8 mos old and not many miles
They are trustworthy and don’t sale you what you don’t need - they only suggest what is actually needed .
I wanted 4 new tires and they recommended only 2 rear tires as my front tires where not but 8 mos old and looked new . Yet they said they would do what I want .. I opted to go w only 2 new tires .

Excellent service always
We found Charlie's Auto Repair Inc. through AAA, and we couldn't be more impressed. Mario, the owner, is an efficient and honest mechanic who truly goes above and beyond. Two years ago, he recommended taking our Toyota Corolla to a dealership to address a motherboard issue under warranty. Recently, we brought our car back to him for AC repairs, and he exceeded our expectations. Despite others taking months to fix the issue, Mario replaced all the necessary parts over the weekend! To top it off, he gave us a discount as AAA members. We're thrilled to have found such a reliable mechanic and person in Mario. Highly recommended!

Dropped off evening before
Went in for all break replacements, and an oil change. Estimate was approximately $100 lower than estimated. Greatly surprised! Repairs come with written warranty.

I knew the old owners Charlie and Beverly before they sold the business to Mario! That was 20 years ago! Had my doubts that Mario could maintain the level of service that Charlie’s auto was known for. I was wrong. Mario not only maintained the reputation of the business, he improved on it greatly! If you’re looking for an honest automotive shop in the south Kendall, Miami area, look no further! Great job Mario!
