Dropped off evening before
Went in for all break replacements, and an oil change. Estimate was approximately $100 lower than estimated. Greatly surprised! Repairs come with written warranty.

I knew the old owners Charlie and Beverly before they sold the business to Mario! That was 20 years ago! Had my doubts that Mario could maintain the level of service that Charlie’s auto was known for. I was wrong. Mario not only maintained the reputation of the business, he improved on it greatly! If you’re looking for an honest automotive shop in the south Kendall, Miami area, look no further! Great job Mario!

Charlie’s is the BEST! See for yourself!
Wonderful to find a family business where people actually care about their clients! They are tenacious in finding & solving the problem presented to them, even when the vehicle is of 2004 vintage & original parts are no longer being manufactured. Give Charlie’s try - Elizabeth & Mario are the very best!!

A/C repair
Took my car to Charlie’s at the recommendation of a friend after two trips to the dealer to fix a problem with the A/C. They fit me in quickly and got to the heart of the problem asap. Mario and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Excellent service
My car’s air conditioner wasn’t cooling well. I called on a Wednesday just before they closed and the owner told me to come in Thursday morning and he would take care of me. I got there first thing. Staff were all polite and happy to be at work. Liz checked me in and let me know the procedure that was going to be done and an estimate of how long it would be expected to take. Well before the estimated time was near, the car was ready to go!
So glad to have been referred to them by a family member.
Reasonable price and customer service is awesome!
