Will never go back
** You may think this review is just me being upset or angry for not getting things my way but its not. If i can warn even just one person from making the mistake of dealing with this dealership the way i have the review has done its purpose.

I looked at the reviews before doing business like one usually does but thought the same thing as you probably will. “They have far more good reviews than bad, must mean something right? Well it doesn’t unfortunately.

Honestly the worst dealership ive had to deal with. I was not going to post a review but i was coming towards the end of my lease with them and another issue happened which was the last straw. I felt the need to warn other buyers to stay away unless you want to deal with headaches for every issue you have with your vehicle. Don’t fall for the copy and paste replies the dealership makes to upset customers saying they will resolve the issue if we reach out or that they will fix the things they do wrong. There is a reason I am upset and a reason other people with low reviews are upset. It’s not an over exaggeration. As soon as you sign the documents, the great customer service they show upon arrival disappears.

I have never done a google review. But the last 3 years of my lease was just one thing after another and just felt the need to warn others to stay away and do business elsewhere.

I am just glad it was a lease and not a finance deal so i never have to deal with them ever again.

flat out AWFUL
Absolutely embarrassment of a dealership. Poor professionalism. Awful clueless and slow salesman. Not saying all but definitely the one that helped me out. I go in one day and they offer me a certain amount for my car to trade in for another vehicle. My credit gets approved, the 84month finance program gets approved, everything sounds good. 2 days later when i go to make the purchase. They change EVERYTHING up. They offered me less for my car. They tell me that they don’t have the 84 month program because it doesnt exist. And the price/ payments that i’m looking for are impossible to reach, and 2 other big lies that i was also told the first day i went. I leave and accept the fact that i will not be buying the car because i cannot afford it. Next morning at 9:20am i get a call and they tell me to come back in because they are willing to work with me on the price and give me the payments that i previously asked for and the 84month finance program. AND that they wanna give me a better offer for all the inconvenience they made me go through. I CONFIRM with him that i’ll be receiving all those things he just mentioned because thats the only way i can afford the car and they say yes to just go back in to make the deal. I go back to the dealership after ending the call and end up waiting around 30 minutes to get attended. We finally get attended and they end up telling me that none of that is possible and they cant give me any more money for my car and the price/payments are gonna stay the same as previously talked about and the price doesn’t change at all. So literally NOTHING changed from the previous day when i walked out because i couldn’t afford it. Then why call me back in the first place telling me all those lies? Disgusting professionalism. Clueless and ignorant uninformed salesman. Not to mention the 2 years that i struggled to get maintenance since i bought the car. Cus every SINGLE time i took it in they tried making me pay because apparently my 3rd party extended warranty didnt cover anything at all with their dealership. When it literally covers it in ALL dealerships in the U.S. I hope Charlie Clark reads this so he knows the awful and poor business people he has running his business

My husband bought a Tucson last year and while he was not so savvy about certain vehicle operations, he sought help. While visiting the agency, he ran across Angelica Longoria. State vehicle registration messed up.
Got an NTTA toll bill for a car with a temporary tag. Called Texas DMV and they told me that Charlie Clark Hyundai had registered the car to me. Only problem, it's not my car. What if that car is involved in criminal activity. State Police will look up the tag and see my name. Charlie Clark Hyundai needs to fix this ASAP. Told them today and have not heard back.

Probably one of the worst experiences working with this dealership. I would not recommend. They have no communication. I was left 58 days without knowing what was wrong with my car or what they were going to do. Coincidentally I showed up, and my car was ready.

Usually they give me a sheet showing what they checked and what does my car needs. They told me didn’t have copies. I used to have my car washed before and since change to Charlie Clark no longer do it and the costs have gone up.
My car has a recall and they send the miles to Hyundai reimbursement program and they told me they no longer send it and I need to
Call. I have been calling with no answer. And last time they answered I was been told they will send me the card and haven’t received yet. Like 6 months ago
