I am DUMBFOUNDED by this review.  A review left by someone who is a repeat customer and has had no issues in the past.
There aren’t words to reply to this except to lay it out there as it happened.

You brought your vehicle to us to replace a fuse that YOU were either unable to do yourself or did not want to do yourself, and you supplied the new fuse.  You showed up with that fuse and your vehicle at the shop with NO appointment.. We took the vehicle back, located the blown fuse, and replaced it with the one you brought, We also took the time to diagnose why the fuse blew. We explained what we did and what needed to be done to fix the issue. We even GAVE YOU grommets/ o-rings to fix this issue independently since that’s what you said you wanted to do. We had your vehicle for 45 minutes.  We charged you $29.95 for the technician's time.  When you take your vehicle to a professional place of business, there is going to be a charge- our technicians need to get paid.  This is NOT a non-profit business. If there were truly an issue with the customer service or the work done on your vehicle, then we would like to hear about that, but not that you felt you were overcharged by $29.95, which was well below our typical hourly labor rate.
