Tom said when he showed up to this business as a new customer and was told to come back. When he took his vehicle back that same afternoon, he was told his vehicle took a special oil that would cost him more money. He chose to take it to a different business to have his oil change done. He would not recommend this business because they need to get a new service advisor.
