Tom at Certified Auto is highly knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He was able to fit me in for a brake job even though the shop was busy. I would highly recommend Certified Auto. They have kept me on the road for years with their amazing service.
I was there today getting my car inspected. I witnessed a man who brought his car in because it was rejected for several items from another local shop. Tom’s shop went over the inspection and determined several erroneous reasons that this man’s vehicle was rejected. I was so impressed with the level of detail and customer service that he provided to this gentleman. Tom took care of the matter by reporting his findings to the proper channels. The man was able to get a fair priced repair (he was told the issue could not not be repaired and needed to be replaced) He was saved a ton of money on other issues that should not have been written up and rejected on his inspection. I was totally impressed with the ability of Tom and his team mates to determine what needed to be done and what is required by the law in the State of Virginia for a vehicle to pass an inspection.
Forever customer here! Today, was a great lesson in why you stick with someone who is knowledgeable and trustworthy.
We started using this garage because of the Colgan discount card. Tom is awesome. If he can do the job, he will do it if he can’t do the job he will recommend someone else that can. The estimates have been true. The work has been great!!!
I highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond to repair my car, with results being there was nothing to be done other than replacing or rebuilding the motor they charged me nothing for the time they put into it.
Gill said a number of things that were unexpected, took several hours to get it done. He was pleased with the service, spoke to the man in charge, he gave him some good information and was satisfied. He said the owner was very efficient, organized, and it was a good experience.
