I would not recommend this glass company to no one. Every time Tabitha gave me an appointment to have my wind shield replace a man name “Rusty” would call me the day of or 45 minutes before a technician was scheduled to come out and replace my windshield to say they don’t have it or it has been sold or it’s going to be a month before they get a windshield for my car.A man name “Rusty” would be the one call me back with lies. “Rusty is a LIER and I told him that what he is. The last lie he told me about not having a wind shield was on August 12th mind this has been an ongoing issue with Century since July 20th. I told him he’s a LIER hung up and called Safelite and got an appointment and they replaced my windshield on yesterday 8/27/21.
I called yesterday to speak with a manager, and guess who answered the call “Mr. LIER Rusty” transfer me to a lady named Melissa voicemail and said she was at lunch, did I get a call back from her NO.
